3) YOU MUST NOT STAGGER AT THE PROMISE THROUGH UNBELIEF
 Romans 4 v 16 – 20
v.16 “Therefore it is of faith that it might be according to grace, so that the
promise might be sure to all the seed, not only to those who are of the law,


but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us
all”
v.17 “as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations”) in the
presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and
calls those things which do not exist as though they did;”
v.18 “who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father
of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants
be.”
v.19 “And not being weak in faith, he did not consider his own body,
already dead (since he was about a hundred years old), and the deadness of
Sarah’s womb.”
v.20 “He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was
strengthened in faith, giving glory to God”
 Like Abraham, you must not doubt God. You must not exhibit any atom of
unbelief.
 Don’t allow situations and circumstances around you shake your belief system
in God.
 Let your faith be strengthened always. God will do it.

4) YOU MUST BE FULLY PERSUADED THAT GOD WHO HAS PROMISED IS
ABLE TO PERFORM
 Rom. 4 v 21
“and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to
perform.”
 You must be fully convinced that God will see you through. He can’t leave you
half way. He is the Apha and the Omega. Anything He starts, He finishes
well and perfectly.
 Keep re-assuring yourself that God is able to do what he has promised you.
 Remember that, God is unstoppable and so you are unstoppable.

5) GOD IS NOT SLACK CONCERNING HIS PROMISE
 2 Pet. 3 v. 9
“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness,
but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that
all should come to repentance.
 Isaiah 55 v 8 – 9

v.8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My
ways,” says the Lord.”
v.9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways
higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”

 Romans 11 v 33

“Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!
How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!

 God has the perfect timing for your manifestation.
 Don’t allow your own human expectation and timing conflict with God’s
timing. His timing is perfect.
 God is never slack concerning His promise to you. He will bring it to pass in
Jesus name.

6) GOD IS FAITHFUL AND CANNOT DENY HIMSELF
 2 Tim. 2 v 13
“If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.”
 God is ever faithful, even when we are not faithful. Constantly, God is
faithful.

 God cannot lie.
 Psalm 89 v 35

“Once I have sworn by My holiness; I will not lie to David”
 Trust Him, rely on Him. You will soon testify in Jesus name.
7) WE MUST PATIENTLY ENDURE TO OBTAIN GOD’S PROMISES
 Heb. 6 v 15

And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.

 Isaiah 60 v 22

“A little one shall become a thousand, And a small one a strong nation.I,
the Lord, will hasten it in its time.”

 You will soon shout victory at last on that matter in Jesus name.
 Patiently wait on God. Don’t give up on God. Looking unto God, the author
and the finisher of your faith.
 Meditate on Habakkuk 2 v 3

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak,
and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely
come, It will not tarry.”

     A place of encounter with God is a place of victory.
     Until Jacob was left alone with God for divine encounter, he didn’t breakthrough.
