EXHORTATION
WHAT IS A COURT CASE?
- A problem that is dealt with in a court of law.
- A dispute between two parties that is decided in a court of law.
- A dispute between two opposing parties to be resolved by a court.
- A court case can either be Civil or Criminal.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT COURT CASES
- An advocate (a lawyer or Attorney) is needed in every judicial case to plead the case of his client in a court of law.
- Going to a court is for the judge to decide on the case between the two parties and give his final verdict.
- A person can either win or loose.
- The judge is expected to be transparent and honourable in all his handlings.
- Sometimes, cases are being manipulated and justice perverted, hence the need to pray for Jesus – our greatest Advocate to rule in our favour all things being equal.
- 1 John 2 v 1
“My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous”
- GOD IS OUR JUDGE AND SAVIOUR

- God is the supreme Judge
- He is the topmost law giver
- He is our king.
- He is a God of Justice
- A fair God
- He will rule in your favour and safe you.
- IF GOD BE FOR YOU, WHO CAN BE AGAINST YOU

v.32 “He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?”

- God is on your side, be rest assured that you will be favoured
- As long as He is on your side, no one can be against you.
- One with God is a majority
- Those rising against you on this case must bow to the almighty God.

- Jesus is able to plead for you on this pending case.
- He will speak up on your behalf miraculously.
- He has never lost a case, he will win this case on your behalf.

- God will take control of the judge’s heart to favour you.
- God will direct his heart to be merciful to you.
- God will instruct his heart to be kind to you.
- God will protect the Judge’s heart from being manipulated.
- God will guide his heart all through the proceedings in Jesus name.
- GOD WILL OVERTURN THE CASE AND RULE IN YOUR FAVOUR

- No matter human antics on this matter, God can overturn it in your favour.
- God specialises in overturning cases in favour of His children.
- Any attempt to pervert Justice shall be aborted by God in Jesus name.

- The mercy of God will help you out.
- Know that God’s mercy triumphs over Judgement.
- It is important for you to know that the mercy of God wins over harsh judgement.
- God’s mercy takes dominion over wicked judgement.
- Receive the vindicative mercy of God on this matter in Jesus name.

- False witnesses arraigned against you shall be silenced in Jesus name.
- Their words will not agree in Jesus name

v.15 “Then he will show you a large upper room, furnished and prepared; there make ready for us.”
v.56 “For many bore false witness against Him, but their testimonies did not agree.”
- God will disgrace all the false witnesses against you in Jesus name.
- False witness and accusers against you on this case shall be ashamed in Jesus name.
- You will be victorious over them in Jesus name.
- REBUKE ANY FORM OF MANIPULATION ON THIS CASE IN JESUS NAME

- Pray vehemently against any form of manipulation in this case.
- Engage the weapon of the blood of Jesus to cancel it in Jesus name.
- Command dark covens behind the case to be destroyed by the fire of God in Jesus name.
- Rebuke every work of darkness in this case in Jesus name.

- O! Lord grant my lawyer(s) wisdom and quick understanding in handling this case in Jesus name.

- I command false witnesses against me to scatter in Jesus name. Their witnesses will not agree in Jesus name.

“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
- I declare and confess that God the supreme judge and lawgiver will grant me total victory in Jesus name. He will prevent my opponent to rejoice over me. Every plan to detain me, or jail me is hereby nullified in Jesus name. Victory at last is mine in Jesus name. Thank you Jesus!
