The righteous is delivered out of trouble and the wicked comes in his stead.

The wicked shall be a ransom for the righteous and the transgressor for the upright
6. Ps 105 v 14 &15
He suffers no man to do me any wrong yea he reproves Kings for my sake tough not mine anointed and do my prophet no harm

All the horns of the wicked also will cut off but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
